LightChEC researcher Sandra Luber has been appointed Associate Professor of Computational Chemistry as of 1 April 2021 by the Board of the University. Since March 2017, she has been a Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) Grant Professor at the Institute of Chemistry.
Her research, previously decorated with a number of awards, deals with the development of theoretical methods at the interface of chemistry, biology, physics, and materials science. These methods are applied, amongst other topics, to solar light-driven processes in the URPP LightChEC.
