The aim of my research focuses on preparation and characterization of oxide semiconductor surfaces and heterostructures, including their decoration with molecular catalysts. XPS, XPD, ARPES, STM and LEED under UHV conditions is some of the experimental methods that will be used for investigating the surface properties.
